Temporary before implant placed
Implant and new crown in place
A happy patient, and a beautiful smile!
Katie came to our office to see what we could do for her to repair or replace her upper front tooth. She had been to several other dental offices, and wanted to see what we could offer. Katie's natural tooth was beyond the point that it could be saved, so we removed this tooth and an implant was placed. She also elected to bleach her teeth. As you can see, both the bleaching and the implant turned out beautifully. Katie was very happy with the work we did for her.
Patient Comments:
If someone asked me about getting a dental implant, I would tell them the implant itself is less harmful for your other teeth that other treatment options. Little or no modifications are needed to surrounding teeth.
If a friend were in a similar situation, I would recommend that they have a dental implant. The implants are so real looking and take no more maintenance than your own teeth. This is not the case with some other options.

About The Case:
Vicki came to our office with tooth #20 missing and wanted to replace it without damaging her adjacent teeth. Therefore a dental implant was the treatment of choice.
Patient Comments:
If a friend were afraid of having a dental implant, I would tell them that I used to be afraid of dental procedures because of bad experiences with other dentists in the past. However, the implant surgery is nothing to fear. In fact, I was surprised that the surgery is actually a relatively painless procedure.
If asked about Echo Ridge Dental Clinic, I would say that I am always impressed by them.

Joyce came to our office after fracturing her front bridge. She was very interested in improving the existing cosmetics as well as not having to floss and clean under her bridge. We decided to place one implant to replace her lost tooth and then place all porcelain crowns to improve the cosmetics.
Patient Comments:
If someone asked me about getting a dental implant I would strongly encourage them to pursue their desire. Have the procedure.
If a friend were afraid of having a dental implant I would say that I, too, had misgivings and sought professional advice. I am truly happy that I made the decision to proceed with the procedure.

After implants and crowns
Heather came to our office to replace her two missing upper teeth. This was a case where the patient had lost her two baby teeth in the area and no permanent teeth ever developed to replace them. In this situation we needed to first do bone grafting in the areas of the missing teeth in order to build up enough bone to place the implants. After the bone grafts had matured for about four months we placed two implants. About four months after that Heather had her final restorations. As you can see, the case turned out beautifully and Heather was very happy with the final results.
Patient Comments:
If a friend were afraid of having a dental implant, I would tell them that I felt exactly the same way when I found out that I was missing two of my permanent teeth and would have to choose a method of replacement. Essentially having a peg screwed into my bone scared me...a lot. But, after about three years of contemplating my options, I decided that dental implants would produce the best life
